What we collect

Estimate requests on this website: your name, phone number, email if you add it, the service you pick and anything you write about the job.
Reviews on this website: your name, town if you add it, your review, and whether you allow us to publish it.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms: if you fill in one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram, the answers you give there, such as your name, phone number, email, the job, the town and when you want to start. Meta collects that form under its own policy and passes your answers to us.

Why we use it

To call or text you back, set up your free walkthrough and give you an estimate, and to keep records of jobs we do. We also count which ads lead to requests so we can stop paying for the ones that don't. We do not sell your details.

Facebook and Instagram ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Meta (the company behind them) decides who sees our ads using its own information, and reports to us how many people saw and responded to them. When you send one of our lead forms there, Meta gives us your answers so we can call you back. You can manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add them, we will update this page first.

Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the website forms.
Meta, for our Facebook and Instagram lead forms and ads.
Our email provider, which delivers requests to our inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and job records only as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep our business records. You can ask us at any time to delete a request that did not turn into a job.
